As a seasoned sports coach, Charlotte recognizes that building a thriving team extends beyond individual prowess—it hinges on leveraging those skills harmoniously within the collective.

Andre T. Harris Sr. MD, MHA is the Medical Director. As an OB/GYN physician with over 20 years of experience in the Dayton area and currently serving as a hospital executive, he is keenly aware of the benefits of staff support, mentorship, and executive coaching.
